These Terms of Service are a binding legal agreement between all our customers and Baloch Transport Services regarding your use of the services that have been made available.

Unauthorized access, distribution, reproduction, copying, retransmission, publication, sale, exploitation (commercial or otherwise), or any other form of transfer of any portion of the Site or other Service, including but not limited to all content, services, digital products, tools or products, is hereby expressly prohibited.

We send e-tickets in your sms if a bus time is enabled for online access. Company can cancel and alter bus departure time and even drop departure time in case of any emergency, breakdown or cause of any law and order situation.

• No refund will be made on Cancellation of tickets.
• 10% will be charged for cancellation & change of ticket.
• Tickets can only be changed three hours before departure and shifted in same amount of ticket price and seat plan.

Our Site and applications are for your personal and non-commercial use. Every information is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Baloch Transport Services, you agree that you will not use the Site or applications, or duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute or use any material in the Site or applications for any purpose, except for your personal, non-commercial use. You also agree that you will not link to any page on the Site other than the home page (for example, "deep linking"), without Baloch Transport Services prior written consent. Use of the Site or applications or any materials or content on the Site or applications for any commercial or other unauthorized purpose is prohibited.

BALOCH TRANSPORT SERVICES reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the services. BALOCH TRANSPORT SERVICES further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice.

The User is completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the services.

In case, there is a short charging by BALOCH TRANSPORT SERVICES for listing, services or transaction fee or any other fee or service because of any technical or other reason, it reserves the right to deduct/charge/claim the balance subsequent to the transaction at its own discretion.

Any increase in the price charged by Company on account of change in rate of taxes or imposition of new taxes by Government shall have to be borne by customer.

Baloch Transport Services is not under any obligation to make another booking in lieu of or to compensate/ replace the unconfirmed one. All subsequent further bookings will be treated as new transactions with no reference to the earlier unconfirmed reservation.
